  There are most times we run out of inspiration, whether as ideas or as drivers. Other times, we feel weak, go through blocks or fatigue. Sometimes, we find it difficult to get motivated due to certain things. They could be general body tiredness, fruitless efforts and things that generally comes from discouragement.

The absence of inspiration is the beginning of the death of any kind, whether in your personal life or business life. In this article, I explore 6 ways to find inspiration when you need it most.
  1. Don’t Feel Bad

If you’re having difficulty getting inspiration, now is not the time to hit hard on yourself or feel bad. Not finding inspiration can happen even to the best of minds, and should be seen as normal. Therefore, don’t give up on yourself when you can’t seem to get inspired. Having a bad feeling for not having inspiration can be harmful to both your psychological and mental balance. Not having an inspiration means you’re human and you can be tired or out of your best self.
  1. Take An All-round Break

When faced with a lack of inspiration is a call for rest. Taking a mental and physical break can give time to recuperate and refocus your attention. Having time for rest can improve your mind and strengthen your body. Most times, behind lack of inspiration, is mental and physical fatigue.
  1. Use The Power Of Spontaneity

Most often the power of spontaneity can be used to sustain inspiration. There are times we can come under some form of creative, mental, physical energy, just like an electric charge. When you notice you’re charged, never trivialise it. This spontaneity often comes after a long time of rest.

  1. Read Something

Reading has often been pointed out as a tool of inspiration. Reading books have changed the course of many people’s lives. Reading books written by successful individuals have often propelled and motivated people to take action. When you run out of motivation, a good book can bring you back on track.
  1. Collaborate With Others

No matter how grandiose your ideas are, you will need people to preserve that which you have. For example, creative companies often have founders and confounders. Collaborating with brilliant people can help boost your own creativity.
  1. Use Journal
