But the question is how to overcome uncertainties and fears for the future. The truth is, no one has not faced uncertainty at some point or another in our lives. Whether you are tall or short, you have been a victim of fear and uncertainty. Sometimes, if you’re not careful, these uncertainties can paralyze you. In this article, I write seven ways to overcome uncertainty and fear.
  • Most Of Your Problems Are Temporary

No condition is permanent. When we have this in mind, it reduces our burdens. The truth is this: situations always improve over time. It is our life that works. All you have to do is never lose hope. The challenges are not eternal.
  •  You Have Some Control Over The Situation

Every situation has some measure of control you can apply to it. Although you may not physically control it, you can control how you perceive the challenge. You can control how you react to these challenges even if you don’t have full control over them.

This is why you should always focus on the things you can control instead of feeling helpless and hopeless. You can ask for help. 
  • All Doesn’t Happen

Another way to overcome uncertainty is to believe that all the things we fear are not going to happen to us. Studies have shown that 90% of the things we fear don’t happen. When we are aware of this, we face each new day with a sense of positivity.
  • Remember How You Overcome Past Difficulties

Remembering previous victories can give you the fire you need to take on new challenges. True heroes who overcome various problems do so by building on previous exploits. They remember that they have all the resources and the mental capacity to deal with all kinds of problems. They believe that if they had done it in the past, they can do it again and still win. Therefore, remembering past victories boosts your self-esteem.
  • You Can Always Ask For Help

According to Rona Barret, “The strong individual is the one who asks for help when he needs it.” Asking for help is not a sign of weakness.

A shared burden will help you easily overcome your challenges and uncertainties. Never forget to seek support or build a support system around life. Talk to friends, family, and even experts when faced with certain fears and uncertainties.
  • A Lot Of This Doesn’t Matter In A Few Years

One of the biggest secrets that can help you overcome your fear is that those fears won’t matter years from now. As you grow, you will find yourself overcoming them in one way or another. Amy Morin, aptly states, “Remember that whatever is wrong now is only a small percentage of your real life. Even if you’re dealing with a major problem, like the illness of a loved one, remember that a lot of good things are also likely to happen over a year or two.” That alone should give you all the inspiration to move on and overcome your fears and insecurities.
