Have you ever run out of credit in the middle of a very important call? It can be quite frustrating, but fortunately major telecommunications companies in Nigeria – MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etisalat – have come to our rescue in this regard. They have devised a unique service that allows subscribers take phone airtime loans, or in simpler terms “borrow credit”, that can be repaid back on their next recharge. Simply dial the corresponding code for your phone network next time you’re short on airtime:   MTN= *606# AIRTEL= *500# GLO= *321*amount# ETISALAT= *665*amount#   Alternatively, you can recharge on-the-go with this great new app called Veetu. You can read more about it in this recent post. Enjoy your phone call!
