perf   Smelling good while you go about your daily business is smart and wise. To put it as more mildly than Coco Chanel does; a woman who does not wear perfume loses a lot of benefits. Wearing perfume boosts confidence and makes a lady feel pretty and feminine while making a man stand out as soon as he enters a room. The power of smell, if fragrant, adds to your presence, and can bring to the memory pleasant sensations. Here are a few tips on how to wear perfume so that it lasts long. 1. Apply perfume to places where the throbbing of your arteries are easily detected. These areas are usually just below your ear lobes, at the base of your neck, your wrists and behind your knees. 2. Do not rub the area after applying perfume because the heat you create by rubbing it will evaporate the top notes and weaken the overall smell. 3. Apply perfume on your body before dressing because the scent is activated by heat and chemical reactions that takes place on your body. 4. Moisturize your skin before applying perfume. Applying lotion to your skin, unscented lotion most preferably, makes your fragrance last longer. 5. Hair carries fragrances well but don’t spray too much. It will hold scent longer than your skin. Women should spray a little fragrance on their hair. Men can spray a little on the chest area. 6. Avoid spraying cologne every time you sweat. It is not every time you sweat that bad odour is produced. 7. Try spraying lightly on your clothes or a handkerchief that you use throughout the day. With these few tips, you can be sure that your first application of perfume/cologne in the day might be the only application you need to last you throughout the day.
