circuit-Sqr   A considerable number of studies have shown that women’s employment is concentrated to a few occupations such as being a nurse, doctor, or a teacher. However, there is a low level of participation of women in the technology and engineering sector as well as untapped human resources. There are increasing opportunities for women in management and an increase in the recognition of how women can contribute to the technology workforce. One of such opportunities is the Women R.I.S.E, an initiative by the Co-creation Hub, with support from Google, designed to increase the number of female technology entrepreneurs in Nigeria and to increase active female participation in technology by building the next generation of female technology entrepreneurs. CCHub is the Nigerian state-of-the-art space for like-minded people to collaborate and innovate. The CCHub, aiming to stand out from the pack with its focus on social responsibility will be hosting the program. Are you an aspiring female technology entrepreneur?
