Food is an essential part of our everyday lives. How do we grow, look healthy or keep fit without eating? Whether you’re a food lover or not, food is important because we need it to survive. Aside from the many benefits food gives to our body, eating the same food on a regular basis can be tiring– variety (they say) is the spice of life. That’s why it is necessary to be up to date with food recipes, as it concerns matters of the heart and stomach (ladies remember, a way to a man’s heart is through his tummy *side eye*). It’s great if you know how to cook, yes, you can dish out hot Jollof rice any day or make Banga soup that’s mouthwatering, but it doesn’t end there. The fun is in knowing how to improve your menu likewise knowing how to make the food more exciting. Also, you need to know what food helps repair and build cells to prevent sickness and heal from it, and recognizing a food recipe that’s generally healthy for your body –  if you thought cooking was easy think again.
