Black Panther has become the most talked about movie of 2018, and for obvious reasons we all would want a place like Wakanda to migrate to. Not only is it an African country that’s technologically advanced or that celebrates black excellence, but the most historic triumph of the plot –for us women – is really the representation of
powerful women with some looks incorporating African fabrics confidently.
As we already know, the Ankara print is bold and vivacious. However, just seeing that the entire army of the king were strong women rocking beautiful embellished Ankara styles, it was not only empowering but reinforced our love for this rich fabric.
