  Olam International, a global player in the agri-business space, is inviting smart young individuals to take part in its Future Leadership Program, an initiative that will see the company train and develop potential leaders. Through the Future Leadership Program, Olam will train promising candidates in Supply Chain, Business Management, and Operational roles. Upon completing the program, they will become a part of the Olam talent pool, and be asked to work as Finance Managers. As Olam is a global company, candidates (and, eventually, the Finance Manager) will get to collaborate with international teams and learn what it means to work in a truly borderless organization.

Benefits

Persons who take part in the Olam International Future Leadership Program could benefit from it in the following ways:
  • Learn how to manage treasury, financial reporting, risk management and budgeting
  • Be exposed to every aspect of the Olam business, and gain on-the-job experience working in several locations and across multiple roles

Eligibility

Applicants should meet these criteria:
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree, especially in a Business related discipline
  • Possess accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc. or an equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Should be willing to work across time zones, as they will be collaborating with international peers; as such, the traditional 9-5 hours may not always apply
