  Olam Food Ingredient (OFI), a world leader in the production of food and beverage ingredients, is inviting qualified Nigerian graduates to apply for a place in its Graduate Trainee Program (GTP). The organization says that this program will build the intellect, initiative and creative capacities of its participants, and prepare them for success in full employment.

The OFI Graduate Trainee Program is a structured program that will run for 12 months. The first 4 months will see participants take up duties throughout the full value chain of the company. After this, they will get the chance to contribute to 2 high-impact business projects. At the end of this program, they will take on a frontline supervisory role.

Eligibility

The Olam Food Ingredients Graduate Trainee Program is open to persons who meet these conditions:
Register to attend the CN Business Mixer
  • Graduated with a degree in at least the Second Class Upper division from a recognized university
  • Should have a background in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sustainability or other related disciplines
  • Have strong cognitive ability and analytical skills
  • Should be able to take on complex tasks and stay with them until they are completed
