  BUA Foods says it’s now receiving applications from qualified graduates who want to be taken into its Graduate Technical Trainee Program. It has disclosed that this initiative is aimed at preparing its participants for full-time employment. After they have completed the program, trainees will be assigned to various roles in the company’s locations across the country.

As one of Nigeria’s leading Food and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, BUA Foods regards itself as a catalyst for the growth of the domestic economy. Through its graduate trainee program, it intends to build the capacity of young talent to excel in the formal business space and ready them for paid employment.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet the following requirements:
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower Division) or HND (at least Lower Credit) in Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Mechanical and Production Engineering, Mechatronics and Production Engineering, and Industrial Chemistry
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, or have an exemption letter
  • Should not be more than 30 years old
  • Have not more than 2 years of work experience
