As its name suggests, Posh and Pristine style the events that it works on to take on a luxury look. Its team also says that they take the stress of staging ceremonies off their clients’ shoulders, and guarantee comfort for them and their guests.

They operate in an industry that’s growing more competitive with every passing day. New entrants seek to make their mark in the event planning business, while pre-existing players work to maintain and expand their client base. Posh and Pristine have stayed relevant by offering quality bespoke experiences. It’s thanks to this that they have grown their clientele over the years.

The founders of Posh and Pristine, Michael Philips and Laura Michael-Philips, launched their business after spotting service gaps in their own weddings. Laura, who heads the company as Chief Experience Officer, has a background in Media and Communications. Michael (its Chief Marketing Officer) is a certified marketer with decades of experience as an entrepreneur.

Both founders have leveraged their years of work across various industries in building Posh ad Pristine. There’s good evidence that this has paid off. This can be seen in the quality of their engagement with their target market (both online and offline), and their success at growing the business.

The wedding planning service from Posh and Pristine comes in three degrees. There’s the full-service package, in which the company guides its clients through the entire process of planning and organizing their weddings. Then there’s the custom wedding planning service; here, clients get to plan their wedding but rely on Posh and Pristine for vendor recommendations, design, and décor. Clients may also choose to outsource just the logistics and coordination details to the company.

Posh and Pristine also cater to celebrations like wedding anniversaries, birthday parties, family reunions, and graduation parties. This service includes venue recommendations, budget management, vendor management, event timeline creation, and event day set-up and coordination.

The company helps its clients plan corporate events as well—company retreats, fundraising events, Annual General Meetings, and client appreciation events, among others. Individuals and businesses looking to hire them can do so by filling out and submitting a request form on its website. They can also call Posh and Pristine’s dedicated phone lines, or email them. The relevant contact details are available on the company’s website.

Posh and Pristine run the Party Planning Academy, through which it trains persons who want to launch their own event planning business. The academy guides and mentors participants providing them with hands-on experience from real events and giving them an Event Planning certificate after they have completed the learning program. Anyone who wants to attend the academy can sign up for it by filling out the course registration form on the Posh and Pristine website.
