1. Lagos State governor, Babatunde Fashola, has stated that the state government will work out some financial aids for traders who lost their shops and goods to the recent fire at the popular Balogun market on Lagos Island to enable them return to business. 2. Guarantee Trust Bank Plc has been awarded ‘Best Corporate Governance, Africa’, for the financial services category by the Ethical Boardroom Magazine UK. Accordingly, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Soysal, to link business interest in Nigeria and other West African countries interested in doing business in Turkey or Turkish businessmen who are interested in establishing business presence in Nigeria, and other Africa countries. 10.
