How to Bathe with Oatmeal
Water is the most common and very effective way of putting moisture back on the skin, but it’ll only be very effective if you use
lukewarm water instead of cold water.

- Grind Oatmeal
- Pour into lukewarm bath water
- Bathe with it for 10 to 15 minutes (avoid scrubbing your skin with sponge or a washcloth)
- When you set out of the shower, pat your skin dry.
