• Set goals

This is underrated. Some people just wake up and go with the flow of each day. That shouldn’t be, at all. The least you owe yourself is to make plans at becoming a better person. This will be achieved by setting clear and realistic goals. These goals could be set for daily, weekly, monthly or yearly targets. It helps you plan out your life, so you aren’t just going with the wind.

There is a myth that Africans don’t read. And if this is true, try to break out of it, because it helps no one. Many solutions you need to your life challenges are contained in books. Set out at least, 20-30 minutes a day to read a few pages of a book. It’s time to cut down on social media, gossip, and unnecessary engagements that eat into your time. Save some of it and invest in reading. Your money shouldn’t only be spent on data subscriptions, junk food, or the latest fashion item. Invest in books, and trust me, you will get ultimate value.
