If you are fortunate to be in Lagos this season, an array of activities will bombard you. To make your choice easier, we’ve compiled a list of places you can visit in Lagos this Valentine. 1. Nok by Alara Restaurant This restaurant’s interior decor is amazing, but no way does it outmatch its food. Great spot for lovers of art. Address: 12a Akin Olugbade St, Victoria Island, Lagos 2. Filmhouse Imax Cinema You can take pictures in the Lounge while waiting for your movie to start. You can also choose to watch a movie in 3D and with your 3D glasses enjoy it together. Address: Bisola Durosinmi Etti Drive/10b The Rock Drive, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos 3. Ocean Basket Located both on the mainland and the Island, this spot brings a variety of seafood closer to you. Share this experience with your partner.   Address: 35 Akin Adesola St, Victoria Island; 9 Obafemi Awolowo Way, Oregun, Ikeja; and 58c Isaac John St, Ikeja GRA, Lagos. 4. Viva Cinema Its strategic location opens you up to opportunities for other activities. E.g. Coldstone ice cream, Hatlab gelato & Domino’s Pizza, Shopping at Jara, etc. Address: 22 Simbiat Abiola Way, Ikeja, Lagos 5. Hard Rock Cafe Not only does the ambiance blow you away, but you also get to eat American classics like burgers & French fries, ribs, steak, and sandwiches, with cocktails and ice cream. 6. The Sky Restaurant If you are looking for a great ambiance, mood music, flavourful meals with exotic drinks and a view, then this is your spot. Table for two, please? Address: Eko Signature, Eko Hotel at Plot 1415 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. 7. Lighthouse Beach House This serene location on Tarkwa Bay island is quite a distance from the beach. You can get there on a quadbike or by boat. Just getting there is a part of the romantic adventure and it’s great for a sleepover or daycation. Address: Tarkwa Bay, Lagos 8. Art Café This spot is full of dynamic fine art that adds to its rustic charm. It’s a great spot to hang out with a partner who feels more like a best friend. And also ideal for an early meal like breakfast or brunch. Address: 282 Akin Olugbade St, Victoria Island, Lagos.  8. Hans and Rene Gelato Isn’t it romantic to share a glass of gelato with your heartthrob? Don’t forget to include a baked treat like macaroons with your gelato. Shiro Restaurant Not too far from Hard Rock Café is this feast for the eyes location. Jara Beach Resort What’s not to love about a resort with a beach view and a bonfire pit? Spend a romantic night here and wake up to a beach sunrise on Valentine’s day. Clear Essence California Spa and Wellness Center This location is for lovers who just want to stay indoors and relax. Romantic spa treatment can do the trick.
