Viva Cinemas Opens in Ilorin

Good news for movie enthusiasts in Ilorin! Popular soft drink brand, Pepsi collaborated with Viva Cinema Entertainment to launch a world class cinema in Ilorin, Kwara State. The grand event took place on May 22, 2015 and was truly a star-packed event. Nollywood actors like Olumide Bakare, Moyo Lawal, Muyideen Oladapo a.k.a “Lala”, Chukwudi Rozan and Bukumi Oluwashina made special guest appearances to the delight of all present. Moviegoers also had the opportunity to watch their recent flicks including the popular Ayo Mi, One Minute Man and Beneath the Veil. Pepsi’s involvement demonstrates its commitment to the promotion of Nigerian entertainment. “Pepsi is a foremost entertainment brand and will always be a part of entertainment whether the platform is sports, music, culture and tourism or the movies,” said Olutayo Ayodele, General Manager, Seven-Up Bottling Company, Ilorin to the press.     Here are some pictures from the grand opening:     Have you visited  the new Viva Cinemas yet?
