One of the most popular soups in Nigeria is Banga soup. This soup, which originates from the Delta/Urhobo region of Nigeria, is prepared for both ceremonial and casual events. The recipe for Banga soup is quite easy, requiring some palm nuts or nut extract, spice, and some meat/fish.
