The interesting thing about eggs is the variety of ways they can be made into. It takes little time to prepare eggs depending on the method of cooking adopted, but they are generally quick and easy to make. Here are three simple breakfasts you can make with eggs:
1. Boiled eggs: Hard or soft boiled eggs supply you with a good amount of calories needed for carrying out various physical and mental activities. Hard boiled eggs can simply be made by boiling the eggs in water for about fifteen minutes, while soft boiled eggs require not up to ten minutes to get done.
2. Egg sauce: This makes for a delicious breakfast idea especially if it is prepared with fresh peppers and tomatoes. To make egg sauce, you will need some ripe tomatoes, peppers, onions, spices and the number of eggs you want to cook. One large tomato is enough for about three eggs. Break the eggs into a bowl and add a little water, slice the peppers, tomatoes, and onions into it and then whisk everything together. You may add sardines and other spices to the mixture before frying in shallow oil. It is then sandwiched between bread.
3. Scrambled eggs: This is the commonest way of preparing eggs. Scrambled eggs can simply be made by breaking the eggs into a bowl, adding simple spices such as salt and stock cubes, onions and then mixing the paste thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of the spices added. It is then shallow fried until done and served with yam or noodles depending on choice. It is a quick method of preparing eggs.
