Through the Transcorp Intern-X program, students at institutions of higher learning will learn from industry experts, take part in meaningful projects, and build capacities that are crucial to succeeding in their chosen careers. This program is part of Transcorp’s drive to support diversity and inclusion in its operations.


The Transcorp Intern-X program will benefit interns in the following ways:
  • Work with and learn from talented professionals who are making a difference in their fields
  • Explore their interests by being exposed to various aspects of Transcorp’s operations
  • Gain valuable insight into how a leading formal organization in the Nigerian business space actually works
  • Add to their credentials and improve their CVs
  • Position them for future employment as persons at the top of the talent pool for their domains

This program is open to persons who meet the following requirements:
  • Must be a 300 or 400 Level undergraduate at a recognized university or polytechnic in Nigeria
  • Their CGPA should be in at least the Second Class Upper range or its equivalent at the time they apply
  • Should be enrolled in the Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) within their university or polytechnic
