Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates from disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, etc.
  • Completion of mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC).
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English communication (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of motivation and drive to pursue a career in professional services.

  • Minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA, and other relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrable interest in EY’s core Service Lines of Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax.
