  Polaris Bank is inviting recent graduates from an institution of higher learning to apply for a place in its Graduate Intensive Trainee Program. It is specifically looking to receive applications from persons who want to build a career in Nigeria’s financial services industry.

Established in 2018, Polaris Bank has more than 250 branches spread across the country. It is steadily consolidating its position within the cadre of commercial banks in Nigeria. Persons who get accepted into its graduate trainee program will not only learn the rudiments of working in a contemporary bank; they will also find out what it takes to be a part of the building up of a relatively recently established financial institution.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
  • Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class) or HND (minimum of Upper Credit)
  • Have at least 5 O’ Level Credits, including in English and Mathematics, obtained in not more than one sitting
  • Must have completed the NYSC program and possess a discharge certificate to this effect

  • Should not be older than 25 years old by December 31, 2023 (preferred proof is a National Population Commission birth certificate, not Declaration of Age)
