This program offers enrollees the chance to join MasterCard’s Data and Services team. Whoever MasterCard selects to become an Associate Consultant via this program will benefit from it in the following ways:

Persons who wish to apply for the MasterCard Graduate Launch Program should meet these criteria:
  • Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree not earlier than June 2022
  • Should be on course to complete their stint with the NYSC before the Graduate Launch Program commences on September 4, 2023
  • Must be a high achiever academically, with a CGPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent), and a 2:1
  • Should have proof of taking on a leadership role at work or in extracurricular activities
  • Must be able to explain complex concepts, both in written and spoken English, to persons who might need the information they share
