The recruited trainees will contribute to organizing project scopes, working with multiple teams, and ensuring that the best solutions to challenges are turned in at every instance. This General Electric program will run for 8 months, at the end of which candidates will be assessed. The best of the lot will be offered full-time employment at the company.
