This edition of the Digital for All Challenge will run in two phases. First, a training phase, after which participants will take an assessment test. If they scale through the test, they will qualify for the competition phase. The competition will unfold in three stages: state, regional, and national (the grand finale).

Youth—Basic

Eligibility
For Young Learners
- Must be between the ages of 8 and 18 years
- Be a student of a primary or secondary school
- Complete the training in their school and pass the basic digital literacy assessment to qualify for the competition
- They and their teacher must be registered on the platform

For Youth
- Must be between 19 and 45 years
- Must complete training and receive a certificate for the basic or advanced digital skills program
For Civil Servants
- Must be a civil servant
- Must complete training and receive a certificate for the challenge’s basic digital skills program
