As part of the Boston Consulting Group’s Graduate Program, recruits will be trained in vital skills, enabling them to thrive in future roles and be exposed to real-world tasks that will build their capacity to solve clients’ problems. The organizers of this program promise that, at the end of this program, graduate analysts will be ready to take up full-time responsibilities within the consulting space.

Eligibility

The Boston Consulting Group Graduate Analyst Program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree (in at least the Second Class Upper Division) from an accredited university
  • Must either be about to be called up for service in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or completed the program
  • Should have evidence of having participated in extra-curricular activities and won awards
  • Be willing to learn and grow by being trained and tackling challenges
