  SpinLab, an accelerator located in Germany, is inviting Agritechs from across the world to apply for its Rootcamp, its free accelerator program.

As one of Europe’s top-ranked startup accelerators, SpinLabs has connections with over 25 corporate partners and is in contact with some of the continent’s well-known investment firms. With the Rootcamp accelerator, they are targeting startups that are disrupting the AgriFood value chain. They intend the program to help these startups in the many areas that are relevant to their success: legal, tax, marketing, PR, sales, IT, HR, and going global. Startups at any stage—pre-seed, seed, or later stage—are invited to apply. The SpinLab Rootcamp accelerator will take place in Hannover, Germany.

Eligibility

  • Startups that intend to apply should have a solution in the B2B Agri-Food tech sector.
  • Target areas include Agriculture Biotechnology; Bioenergy and Biomaterial; Agribusiness marketplaces; Farm Robotics; Mechanization and Equipment; Farm Management Software; Green B2B Packaging; Novel Farming Systems; Logistics of agricultural or food solutions; Novel Farming Solutions and Community solutions; Supply chain solutions.
  • Startups at any stage can apply
  • Applicants should be fluent in business English

Application

If you intend to apply, you can submit your application on F65, a free registration-based platform. First, you are expected to submit your current and up-to-date pitch deck as a PDF (10-15 pages) or a 7-10 minute-long pitching video. The pitch should include such information as:
  • The problem you are solving
  • Your solution (product or service)
  • Who your customers are
  • The size of the market
  • Who your competitors are
  • How you make money
  • The members of your team
  • What your action plan and financial planning look like
