
- 1 pack pasta
- 3 pc smoked sausage
- 1 kg fresh shrimps
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 pc yellow pepper
- 1 pc orange pepper
- 1 pc green pepper
- 3 pcs lemon
- 2 pcs lime
- 2 scoops unsalted butter
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 5 pcs tomatoes
- 1 bunch lettuce
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 pcs garlic
- 2 pcs onions
- 1 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 pcs stock cubes
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 kg beef steak
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan; add onions and celery to the already melted butter.
- Add some chopped garlic and plum tomatoes, and then stir fry. Add sautéed chicken breast and sausages, continue the stir fry process.
- After about 10 minutes, add shrimps and ensure to stir well so that all the flavour combines well,
- Add pasta and be careful not to stir too much so the pasta does not get mashed up.
- Add your spices to suit your taste.
- Squeeze in some lemon juice
- Marinade beef in herbs and spices: thyme, basil, stock cubes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon, celery, salt, etc. Cover with a cling film and let it sit overnight so that all spices can be absorbed.
- Heat up a non-stick pan.
- Add beef to the pan and toss on each side till you achieve a crusty consistency on all sides.
- Cut beef up in slices and serve on the side with pasta jambalaya or any other meal.
