The latest children’s author in town is none other than the Former President of the Nigerian Republic, Olusegun Obasanjo. He launched his debut children’s book, Peace Story for Children on Monday 21st September. The 14-page booklet features multiple themes on the subject of Peace, along with child-friendly illustrations. This will be the second publication from the prominent figure, after the release of his 2014 memoir, My Watch. Obasanjo hopes to inspire young Nigerians with his new literature work. According to him, “it has become imperative to sow the seeds of peace in the minds of children whose minds are more receptive to ideas.” Source: BellaNaija
