Record setters are phenomenal and are fast gaining recognition in Nigeria. One of such people attempting to set a new record in the Guinness Book of World Record is Olubayode Treasures-Olawunmi who strives to break the Guinness World Record for the Longest Read Aloud Marathon. He has so far continued in this feat. One would have thought that such herculean task would have met a setback, but Olubayode Treasures Olawunmi has shown that he is able to fulfill this incredible accomplishment. His action has enlisted the support of renowned Nigerians in government parastatals and their private counterparts. As such, the event is sponsored by GT Bank and Lagos State Government in Commemoration of World Book Day. It is holding at GT You Read Library Centre Yaba Lagos. Just like Odumewu Debbie, who broke the “Guinness World Record for Longest Dance by an Individual”, Bayode has the full support of his fans in his Reading Aloud Marathon Attempt of 120 hours. He is currently on his third day, approximately 72 hours and would continue in his endeavor. Here are highlights of the Historical attempt:
