Last week, Newsweek and The Daily Beast’s 2013 welcomed 125 world renowned inspirational women at a World Summit to discuss global issues and engage in first-person story telling. The summit held at the Lincoln Centre, New York, and saw prominent women like Angelina Jolie, Eva Longoria, Meryl Streep, Oprah Winfrey, Christiane Amanpour, Hillary Clinton, and even our very own Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala come together to commend favourable acts and speak on ways to improve the fate of women around the world.

At the Summit, Iweala spoke on World, Women and Power with Coca Cola CEO Muhtar Kent and Guber Salanci, CEO Salanci Holdings.
