Darey drops a new single Sisi Eko Remix featuring Flavour Nabania. This is Darey’s much anticipated single.
Pairing up with Nigeria’s new high life hit maker Flavour Nabania (Oyi, M.I’s #1) this single will redesign collaboration again.
Just like the original, which was jointly written by Darey and Cobhams Asuquo, the remix is an anthem for the Lagos Lady, the all-popular ‘Sisi Eko’ that’s a regular in the dictionary of Lagos. The Lagos clubs are already moving to the music, loving the increased tempo and the result of the powerful blend of Darey and Flavour’s amazing styles.
The new single, Darey says, is the first of many remixes to come as the multi-award winning musician prepares to release a remix album this summer.
The Bani Kidi’ singer also revealed he is currently working on the release of an international album as the re-release of ‘The Way You Are’ remix featuring Chamillionaire in the UK peaked at the number two spot on the prestigious Billboard’s Next Big Sound Chart.
Most of the song is in Yoruba and Igbo so this will be a test to see how popular the native languages will be in an album that is set to release internationally.
