Hello dear readers, how are you doing today? How have you been enjoying your week? Compliments of the season to you all. Let us thank God that we have been able to witness another end of the year, this turbulent 2020 is over. 2021 is another year and I pray that it will be a very favourable and prosperous year for us all. I am so grateful for 2020. It is a year that tested every one of us and touched our lives. We have learnt to appreciate every blessing that came our way. Also, Some people were not fortunate to witness the end of this year and for those of us still standing, it is a miracle and a major achievement. With the widespread virus called Covid 19, we should in fact be dancing for joy that we are alive, well, and of sound mind. It makes sense to appreciate what you have. You never know its value till its gone. Life’s simple gift is life itself. So, appreciate it. Today we will be taking a look at this wonderful nut known as African or Black Walnut. It has a black shell and a creamy nut inside which is very delicious to eat. Now, apart from its delicious goodness it also has so many health benefits. They are:
  1. The Africa walnut helps to treat diabetes, urethritis and skin afflictions.
  2. It is an effective treatment for gynaecological disorders.
  3. It can be used to treat intestinal parasites.
  4. This fruit can be used to prepare foods like kebabs, cakes, and oatmeals.
  5. It is very rich in antioxidants which makes it a very good treatment for cancer.
  6. It helps in the treatment of high blood pressure.
  7. It helps to regulate cholesterol levels in the body.
