Method Of Preparation
Rinse the chicken several times. Afterwards, pat the chicken dry with a towel. Set it aside for later use. Now, prepare the ingredients for marination. To do this, make sure the blender jug is ready for use. Rinse the scotch bonnet pepper and put them in the blender. Peel and rinse the onions. Cut it into four equal parts and pour it into the blender as well. Peel and rinse the ginger. Drop it into a blender jug. Also add curry powder, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, seasoning cubes and salt to the blender. Finally, add some oil to the blender. Cover the blender jug and blend the ingredients smoothly. Pour the blended ingredients over the chicken. Use your hands to rub the meat. This is to ensure that the ingredients mix well with the chicken. Cover the bowl with its lid. Place it in the refrigerator. Allow the chicken to marinate for as long as you want. When you are ready to start cooking, transfer the meat to a pot, an oven or an air fryer. That’s how to make a perfect marinade for your chicken. I hope your next peppered chicken will have that yummilicious aroma and taste. Featured Image Source: Add A PinchGot a suggestion?
