Apple, carrot and lemon juices combine quite well and offer a drink full of preventive, and healing qualities. It’s equally refreshing and very simple to make.  Drinking the juice also boosts your vitamin and mineral intake, and provides phytonutrients, including compounds that fight cancer. Its usage benefits the entire body, and especially;
  • The skin, because apples detoxify the intestine and remove the cause of eczema and other skin issues. Carrots supply a good amount of beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A), which turns into vitamin A, and protects the skin
  • The intestine, due to the detoxifying effects of apples and carrots, which fight fermentation, protect the intestinal flora and avoid constipation
  • The liver, as both carrots and apples, soften the bile and favour the detoxifying function of this organ
You can make this at home and stock up your fridge, so there’s always a healthy option for you, which is equally quite tasty ☺
