How to use your vision board: Leave the board where you can see it and spend a few minutes meditating on it twice daily but especially at night. Many successful people are dedicated to concentrating on a task or problem before going to bed and by morning, they have a solution. So imagine the power of visualizing your vision board before going to bed and how this will affect your subconscious positively. Do not spend too much time on the board, it might turn into daydreaming rather than visualisation. Vision board apps are available as well so that the boards can be created on computers and mobile devices. You can try out Bloom, it is available for free at the Apple store.
