Following the huge positive reception of his book,
God’fessions, Goke Coker, a Senior Associate Pastor with House on the Rock, is set to host a book signing event in Lagos. The event will hold on Sunday 17th November 2013 at The Hub Media Store, Palms Shopping Centre, Lekki, between 3 p.m and 6 p.m.
God’fessions is a prayer devotional with 90 powerful chapters that deal with just about every challenge a person can possibly face in life. Set in a ‘first person’ perspective, it gives the reader the opportunity to affirm the promises of God over their lives.
Goke Coker has been tried in the furnace of diverse challenges, one of which was waiting on God for the gift of a child for over a decade and a half until God granted his heart’s desire with the delivery of a beautiful baby girl this year. The author encourages others by sharing proven principles of faith in God through Jesus Christ and the virtue of patience. His life-changing teachings are laced with gripping stories of his personal tests and triumphs.
God’fessions, which started out as broadcast prayers sent to friends and families before being compiled into a volume, has been converted into an audio file and will also be translated into major languages in the near future.
