Balogun market, also known as Eko Market, is the most popular market in Lagos and one of the most popular market in Nigeria. The market is located on the Lagos Island, Lagos, the Western part of Nigeria. It cannot be said to be in a particular location; some parts of the market are in CMS, Eko, etc. You can buy literally any kind of fabric from the market. If you are buying fabrics in large quantity, it is better to buy it from the warehouse. For small retail purchase, the stores around the warehouse are your best bet. In Eko market, you can buy exclusive designs for your customers. Some may want to do their wedding ceremony and may not want their aso-ebi in print till the event is over. It can be done, but your customer needs to have a large and deep pocket.

Kantin-Kwari market is located in the heart of Kano, the centre of commerce of the Northern part of Nigeria. The market is one of the biggest markets in Nigeria. The market mostly sells traditional fabrics like Guinea Brocade, Ankara, amongst others. The fabrics sold in this market are relatively affordable. It is a great place to buy fabrics both in large and small quantity. Various traders come from different parts of Nigeria and even neighbouring African countries to buy fabrics from the market.

Onitsha main market is located in Onitsha, the eastern part of Nigeria. Most people that buy things from the market are majorly from the southern and eastern part of Nigeria. People also come from all over the country to buy fabrics from the market. The market itself is very large and varieties of fabrics are sold there. Clothing materials, fashion designing materials, clothing accessories and the likes. The price of fabrics in the market is very affordable. They give discounted prices, but it depends on your bargaining power. 
  1. Aso Ofi Market, Ede 
Ede is located in Osun state, the western part of Nigeria. It is not far from the state capital, Osogbo. Traders in the market come every fifteen days to sell their wares. Ofi, also known as Aso Oke, is a traditional Yoruba hand woven loom. The Ofi fabric can be used to sew gown, iro and buba for women, agbada for male, gele and caps. Ofi fabric is mostly worn by brides and grooms on their wedding ceremonies. One major advantage of the Aso Ofi market is that it gives the customers an avenue to interact with the weavers and create their styles and colours at considerate prices.
