Ginger tea helps in digestion and sore throat. Its smell helps in clearing the airwaves. Also, you can make tea out of boiled onion peels and add honey.
  1. Add More Protein To Your Breakfast

Foods containing protein are bodybuilding and should be part of your breakfast menu. Consuming protein helps in weight loss which can help the body to be flexible and smart. There is a lot of protein that can be added to our menu, from lean meat and lamb to fishes, poultry and dairy products. For example, you can blend boiled lean to make meatballs stew which can be eaten with bread slices.
  1. Add Turmeric To Smoothies

A smoothie or shake is a drink made from pureed raw fruits and/or vegetables, using a blender. A shake often has a liquid base such as fruit juice, dairy products, such as milk, yoghurt, ice cream, or cottage cheese. The shakes can be made with other ingredients, such as non-dairy milk, crushed ice, sweeteners (honey or sugar), vinegar, whey powder, chocolate or nutritional supplements, among others of your personal choice. Normalize taking smoothies as breakfast due to their nutritional value and easy-to-prepare nature. However, adding turmeric – a medicinal spice – to a smoothie is very healthy as it contains so many nutritional values such as immune-boosting, skin beautification, effective digestion, disease prevention and body detoxification.
