Sign up for the Connect Nigeria daily newsletter
You can start by uploading content for make-up tutorials, how to style your hair, trending styles, fashion commentary, how to identify fabrics, etc. There are various niches in fashion you can make content about. Things to note when uploading fashion content:
- Make sure you name your videos with relevant keywords. Keywords that people will likely use when searching for the type of content you create.Â
- Make sure that your video is clear, not too long, and has quality sound. Use a good editing app and tools to make your videos look better.
- Practice makes perfect. You cannot upload the best videos at the beginning, but you tend to do better as time goes on. Always outdo your previous video.
- Be consistent. Uploading YouTube videos should not be a one-time thing. Consistently upload. You may upload weekly, daily, twice, or thrice a week, etc. People will only subscribe to your channel when they see you are consistent.
