Ernst & Young, a multinational accounting and professional services firm, is organizing a graduate trainee program for young Nigerian graduates. It is specifically looking for candidates who will work as Tax Staff and deliver tax services to its clients.

The Ernst & Young Graduate Trainee Program will attract young talent who can conduct basic analysis of financial statements, document the execution of audit procedures in line with engagement objectives, be responsive to clients’ requests, contribute useful ideas to the audit team, and collaborate with team members to set and achieve goals.

Eligibility

Candidates are expected to meet these conditions to qualify for consideration:

  • Have an undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized university

  • Possess advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
