This program will unfold in phases. The first will involve multiple stakeholders, including the fellows who will be trained in one of 12 areas in tech; training providers; partners; and placement organizations. The program will be executed in partnership with NITDA.

Fellows enrolled in the 3MTT Fellowship Program will be trained in one of 12 focus areas, namely:- AI/Machine Learning

- Cybersecurity
- Data Analysis and Visualization
- Data Science
- Dev Ops
- Game Development
- Product Management
- Quality Assurance
- UI/UX Design

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet these conditions:- Must be willing to undergo the training, which will last for roughly 3 months
- Should be able to take part in the training online and at physical venues, as it will be a hybrid
- Will have to undertake a pre-program test to ascertain their skill benchmark
