Nestle, a leader in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is looking to admit suitably qualified applicants into the Nestle Central and West Africa Region (CWAR) Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed specifically for graduates who have had less than two years of work experience, and have a goal of acquiring and sharpening skills that will be useful in a corporate environment.

Persons selected for the program will get the chance to learn by being involved with the competitive FMCG business, and build their leadership capabilities. It will last for 18 months and will see participants take on roles across the organization via multiple rotations.

Eligibility

Persons interested in applying for this program are expected to meet these conditions:

  • Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Less than two years of work experience following their graduation.
  • Be fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
  • Have strong analytical skills.
