Meet The App

The GIGM app is available for download at a fair size of 33MB. Upon opening the app, first-time users can either register of continuing as guests while regular users can log in to use the app. First-time users get a One-Time-Password (OTP) via SMS or email after registering on the app. Once registration is done, they can access the app. GIGM offers users the following services to make mobility more seamless for them

Book a Bus Ticket 

With the GIGM app, users can avoid long queues or extra expenses and easily book their bus tickets from the comfort of their homes.

Track Booking Activities

GIGM allows users to track all booking activities like the time ticket is booked, the time bus is set to leave the park, the cost of tickets, the name of the driver, and more. You can keep track of various details about the bus using the app.

Subscribe for Pickup Service

The pickup service on GIGM is a great alternative for users who want to save themselves the stress of walking/driving down to the bus terminal. Users can simply subscribe to the pick-up service and have a bus pick them up at any of GIGM’s pick-up locations. GIGM offers users, even more, features including a 5% discount on a trip when they invite someone using the app’s referral code, a system for rating drivers and trips, and the ability to view the location of your bus when you opt for the pickup service.
