FoodMoni was launched on November 8, 2019, with its sole aim of reducing poverty in Nigeria. Nigeria in 2018 was recorded as one of the poverty capitals in the world with over 90.8 million Nigerians living on less than N381.250 every day. The high rate of poverty in Nigeria continues to escalate by the day. The FoodMoni platform is powered by Food and Agriculture Business Growth Enhancement Programme (FABGEP) to create investors like the Food and Agribusiness small scale Enterprises, Fast-Transportation Small Scale Enterprises and many more.

The Fund Purse: With this feature, you can perform different transactions through the FoodMoni app by funding your purse either through any of your commercial Banks or through your BTC Wallets.
Market: FoodMoni App has reduced the overpopulation in the market by providing an easy means of bringing your agricultural products to your doorstep. This can beneficial to whole-sellers, retailers, consumers who can place their orders from the comfort of their homes.
Loan: The FoodMoni App has provided different schemes through which people can get access to consumers’ loans, micro-scale enterprise loans, small scale enterprise loan to meet their different needs with favourable repayment methods.
Other inbuilt features include transportation, investment, enterprise equity funding, and different agencies that facilitate the effective and smooth running of the agribusiness sector.
The FoodMoni App is geared toward improving the Agricultural sector and providing a stress-free living for Nigerians and Africans by extension. It hopes to achieve these by bringing in different agendas to carry out its aim and objectives.
