Aderinola Oloruntoye, Business Analytics Solution Manager, SAP Africa, to Speak At the ICTEL Expo 2016

Aderinola Oloruntoye, a business intelligence and enterprise data specialist, is the Solutions Manager, Business Analytics at SAP Africa.

Mr Oloruntoye has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, which he obtained in 1997.

He was Business Development Manager at A.J. Silicon Fees from 2000-2009, and was responsible for sales, pre-sales consulting, and project management. Between 2011 and 2014, he worked as an instructor for the same organisation, facilitating IT and Enterprise Governance, and overseeing the acquisition of information systems. In his current role at SAP Africa, he has helped that firm’s client businesses by providing them with valuable business intelligence, analytics and data management solutions.

Aderinola is an ISACA-certified Information System Auditor and has a wide range of skills garnered from his years in training and experience- skills in Business Analytics, Data Warehousing, Business Process Management, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Software. He has been able to deploy these skills to great effect in his work with businesses operating in the public, telecoms, oil and gas, and banking sectors.

At the ICTEL Expo, Mr Oloruntoye will be providing insights into the use of data-based projections and other relevant business intelligence tools by companies to gain competitive advantage, as well as how these and similar techniques could help improve public service delivery. The ICTEL Expo is organized by the Lagos State Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and serves as an avenue for entrepreneurs, investors, public office holders, academics and other stakeholders in Nigeria’s ICT industry to discuss the challenges faced by startups and growing technology firms, the opportunities that could be taken advantage of, and expand the interconnections that exist in the industry.

The 2016 edition of the ICTEL Expo will be taking place from the 26^th to 28^th of July, 2016, at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
