  Tunde Onakoya, during the DLD conference, played and won a simultaneous chess match against 10 players, which lasted nearly two hours. This chess exhibition raised enough funds to support the education of 100 children in his academy.

Among his opponents was a former Bulgarian foreign minister and UN Security Council chairman with a PhD in mathematical logic, whom Onakoya described as a challenging opponent.

After the match, they had a pleasant conversation, highlighting chess’s ability to connect people from diverse backgrounds. Tunde Onakoya felt proud of making a significant impact on the children’s lives through this event.
