Video Of The Week: Review Of “Lionheart”

The much-anticipated movie “Lionheart” by Genevieve Nnaji has finally premiered on Netflix making it an early new year’s gift for many excited Nigerians and the first Netflix Original by a Nigerian. The movie, which was produced and directed by Genevieve Nnaji, features some of Nollywood’s finest including the likes of Pete Edochie, Onyeka Onwenu, Nkem Owoh, Kanayo O. Kanayo, and many more.   In this movie review, watch “TheDelphinator” dissect the Lion Heart movie along the lines of cultural appreciation, the performance of actors, and note-worthy scenes. In an overall sense, she thinks the movie was great but could have done better in some aspects.   Delphine, also known by her Youtube channel name, “TheDelphinator”, is a movie critic who aims to give frank and entertaining reviews on Nollywood movies.
