Recently, mobile service providers in Nigeria reviewed downward their data charges. We noticed a spate of adverts from the telecom giants in Nigeria with some ridiculous rates for data bundles so we decided to investigate if it is true, a promo or a gimmick.

We say ridiculous because globally, we know that the internet is becoming cheaper and in some cases free, but we didn’t believe ‎it would happen that fast in Nigeria.
Well, we are glad to say that below are the new rates of data as at the date of publication.
