Whether you are travelling within or outside the country, Google Maps is a must-have app. It shows you the aerial view of the location you are looking for and helps you identify the landmarks to note in the area surrounding your it. The Map acts as a GPS, location tracker and traffic monitor. Sure, most places in Nigeria are not yet listed in Google Maps, but the few that are makes it a great resource.

One thought on “Top 10 Travel Apps every Nigerian Traveller Should Have”

  • I am going to defer alittle bit on this subject. Although the app listed here are actually best in their rights, yet, i am of the opinion that they might not be all the best apps for travel in Nigeria. Judging by a simple search like “Places to visit in Nigeria”, “Beautiful places to visit in Nigeria”, “Best tourism app in Nigeria”,”Places to tour in Nigeria”, “Visit Nigeria” and lots of other search variant you can think of when searching on playstore in 2019. Enjoy Osun App comes first among other best apps for travel in Nigeria. And judging by google strict rules for ranking which is based on user experience and other things…I believe, Enjoy Osun App should have been listed here as No 1. best app for travel in Nigeria. Thanks.
