To manage your small-medium scale size business for maximum success, the first thing you should learn to do is to develop a long-term plan. This long term plan should be a realistic long-term plan, not one that is close to impossible. These plans should be real, easily achievable, and stand at the company’s forefront. This means that every staff, every attendance, every client, and visitor alike must be able to tell at first glance, what the long term plans of the company are.

2. Build your workforce

This means that as a small business or medium scale business, you should not expect to get ready-made consultants or skilled expertise. So it will be nearly impossible for you to get them to join you, but with the available resources you have and the available staff, build them by sending them to seminars and trainings. This will enable them gain the skills necessary to offer you that premium service that is required for profitability.
